customer satisfaction policy

We strongly believe in thruit™ and want you to be fully satisfied.

If you are not completely satisfied with our products, feel free to to notify us by email at melina@thruit.co with the following information:

(a) the original name of the purchaser and the ship-to address

(b) the reasons (if any) unsatisfied 

No refunds or replacements will be processed prior to receipt of your email.

Please note that if you purchased thruit™ products from Amazon or somewhere else and are not satisfied for any reason, you MUST return the product in accordance with their return policies.

All refunds will be made only to the credit card used for the original purchase. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to process your refund as soon as possible. After we process your return, it typically takes 7 to 10 business days to appear on your credit card, depending on your financial institution.

The original shipping charges, including taxes, will not be refunded.

We reserve the right to reject any refund or replacement request if we honestly believe that it may be fraudulent in nature.

 

Return Instructions

Please enclose a copy of your order receipt with the returned items. Returned products should be returned in their original product packaging to the extent possible.

Please send your products to the name and address below. You are solely responsible for the cost of the return shipment, including taxes.

You are strongly encouraged to utilize a shipping service with tracking capability. We apologize, but we are not responsible for the amount of time it takes for an item to be returned to our facility, or if the item is lost or damaged during the return process.
